We are Christina and Ray, proud parents of 3 grown boys! After getting married on Carolina Beach, we fell in love with the island and decided to purchased our vacation home! While our family looks forward to enjoying the beach, we also love to share it with others so they can enjoy the magic of Pleasure Island as well!

Welcome to Salty Soul!! This beautiful 2100sf, 4 story townhome is located in the popular Wilmington Beach area, centrally between Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. Enjoy the outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach! It has 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths, sleeps 10! (1 king, 3 queens and 2 singles). Fully equipped kitchen, designated work space with desk, elevator and parking for 4 cars in private driveway. With 3 private balconies and a shared rooftop deck with partial ocean views…you can’t go wrong!!

Rates vary by the time of year. We rent at a 3 night minimum in the off season and for prime time it is minimum of a week rental. Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. Please contact us for current rates for your dates!
